A comprehensive rehabilitation program tailored to the unique needs of each veteran:

Physical Rehabilitation:

  • Physical Therapy – Out source therapists specialized in
military traumas provide the veterans a personal treatment as they need.
  • Occupational Therapy – Functional rehabilitation and adaptation of technological aids to improve movement.
  • Fitness Training – Training sessions in Muay Thai, Sparring, Boxing, and other martial arts. Veterans have on-site Gym, Boxing ring, open space and Instruments to train 24/7.
  • Cold Plunge- At Kfar Yedidim, veterans are offered cold plunge therapy as part of their physical and mental recovery. Immersion in cold water reduces muscle soreness, speeds up healing, and strengthens resilience. Beyond recovery, this practice empowers our warriors with renewed energy, clarity, and inner strength.
  • Other Pain Treatment – At Kfar Yedidim, we help veterans treat hidden injuries caused by PTSD and combat service. From jaw infections due to teeth grinding, dental and bone issues, to back pain from carrying heavy loads and constant ringing in the ears from explosions — our specialists provide relief and long-term care. Because healing means treating not only the visible wounds, but also the silent pain carried within.

Neuro-Psychological Support:

  • Psychological Support – At Kfar Yedidim, veterans have access to leading neuro-psychologists who specialize in trauma, brain function, and emotional recovery. Many warriors return from service carrying the invisible wounds of war — memory gaps, concentration difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and the deep scars of PTSD.
  • Assessment & Diagnosis – Comprehensive testing to understand how trauma and combat stress have affected brain function and daily life.
  • Therapeutic Interventions Counseling – Support for meaningful relationships
  • Cognitive Rehabilitation – Exercises and personalized strategies to improve focus, memory, and problem-solving skills.
  • Emotional & Behavioral Support: Helping veterans manage anxiety, depression, hyper-vigilance, and anger in a healthy, constructive way.

Maditation & Yoga:

At Kfar Yedidim, veterans are introduced to meditation and yoga as powerful tools for healing both body and mind. These practices help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and create balance after years of high-intensity service.

  • Meditation teaches veterans how to quiet intrusive thoughts, improve focus, and develop inner peace.

  • Yoga combines movement, breathing, and mindfulness to release tension, strengthen the body, and restore flexibility.

Together, meditation and yoga provide a safe space for veterans to reconnect with themselves, ease the weight of trauma, and build resilience for daily life.
